Full & Partial House Rewires
A full rewire is the biggest electrical project a home ever needs, and it deserves to be done once, properly. We plan every circuit around how each room is actually used — where the appliances sit, where the lights need to be, how you want the controls positioned — and agree the full layout with you before a single cable is moved.
We work cleanly: dust sheets down, walls chased and made good, everything left tidy at the end of each day. Every circuit is tested thoroughly before handover and a clear programme is agreed up front so you know exactly what to expect and when.

Rewires questions, answered
How much does a full rewire cost?
Every property is different, so we price each job individually after viewing. You get one fixed written price before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
How long does a rewire take?
A typical three-bedroom home takes one to two weeks, depending on size and whether you're living in it during the work. You get a clear day-by-day programme before we start.
Can we stay in the house during a rewire?
In most cases yes. We work room by room and keep power on overnight wherever possible. For larger jobs it's sometimes more efficient with the house empty — we'll tell you honestly which applies to your property.
How do I know if my home needs rewiring?
Common signs include an old fuse box with rewireable fuses, fabric or rubber-coated cables, sockets that are warm or loose, or simply not enough sockets for the way you live. An EICR will confirm the picture, and we'll never recommend a rewire that isn't necessary.
