Kitchens, extensions, garden rooms, hot tubs and everything in between

New Electrical Installations

Whether you're fitting a new kitchen, building an extension, converting a loft, adding a garden room or putting power into an outbuilding, getting the electrics planned properly from the outset saves significant cost and disruption later. We work with your builder, kitchen fitter or landscaper to plan the circuits, positions and protective arrangements so everything is correct and ready when the other trades need it.

From the first cables to the final sockets, lights and appliances, every circuit is installed to the current wiring regulations, tested thoroughly and handed over with full documentation. We handle the notification to Building Control where required — you don't need to.

New installations questions, answered

How much will the electrics for my kitchen or extension cost?

It depends on what's needed, so we price each job individually after reviewing the plans or visiting the site. You get one clear written price before anything starts.

Can you work alongside my builder or kitchen fitter?

Yes. We're used to co-ordinating with other trades, fitting cabling at first-fix and returning for finals when the surfaces are finished.

Do you run power to garden rooms and outbuildings?

Yes, and it's some of the most enjoyable work we do. A garden room gets a correctly sized armoured supply, its own consumer unit, sockets, lighting and heating circuits, all tested and documented.

Will the work meet Part P building regulations?

Yes. As NAPIT members we self-certify notifiable work ourselves, which means no separate fees or delays waiting for Building Control approval.
